Login and password recovery

After registering an account, you’ll need to log in to the platform.

1. Go to the login page;
2. Provide your email and password;
3. Select “Log in”.

If you forgot your password, you can safely reset your credentials and restore access to your account:

1. Go to the login page and select the option “Forgot your password?”;
2. Enter your email address, and then you’ll receive an email with a code;
3. Enter your email code and recovery code (provided in the account registration process);
4. Define your new password and confirm it.
